Yeah, that was me today. It’s been a long day.
I really hate it when people don’t tag their dialogue correctly. It’s such a huge pet peeve of mine.
Even worse, though, is the fact that some people don’t even realize the dialogue is incorrectly tagged and they read the thing and are somehow not completely confused as to who’s talking when.
It baffles me.

if only you could have told him to submit a notarized copy of his credentials in order for you to make sure you’re giving him the proper treatment his lofty education assures him. But having an MA doesn’t make you better equipped at being human…
I hate it when people assume I’m uneducated just because I work in customer service. First of all, it’s incredibly rude and condescending, and second it’s not true. I have a Master’s, too. An MFA, actually, which, unlike an MA, in a terminal degree. And I was almost a Fulbright fellow but we don’t talk about that because I’m still bitter. I don’t throw my education around to belittle others.
He said he was filing a complaint. Good luck with that. I know for a fact my boss is probably going to congratulate me and not reprimand me.

Apparently people on tumblr are not the only ones who purposely misunderstand everything you’re saying to fuel their anger.
I just handled a really intense customer service call, my hands are still shaking and I kinda want to cry.
